One thing I had been putting off doing in my house, that I really wanted
to get done, was painting our small hall closet. The hall is really
small and the ugly, faded, dark cabinets were not helping the situation. Here is the only before picture I have. I forget to take one until I already had the bottom doors off, oops.
It took a couple days to finish it, but probably only a total six or seven hours. I took all the doors off and again I didn't sand anything. I did two coats of Zinsser primer and two coats of Valspar's Swiss Coffee. It's the same color I did on my kitchen cabinets, which I have yet to share with you all. I also painted the hinges because they are on the outside of the cabinets and would totally stand out otherwise.
So there you have it! I love how they turned out, it brightened up that hallway so much. Now I am on to adding some color through pictures and artwork in that hall. Let the fun begin!
